Recruit. Train. Qualify. Deploy. Develop. Retain.

Building the workforce behind America's digital infrastructure.

Cablewright Technical Institute is more than a training program. It's a workforce platform that takes people with no experience to qualified field technicians, then keeps them growing, from their first day on site to crew leadership. We train for structured cabling, fiber, data center infrastructure, life safety and security systems, on the schedule the job demands.

Who we train

From first punch-down to lead tech.

Courses are organized by where a technician is in their career, so a new hire and a ten-year installer each get something they can use on Monday.

New technicians

Start with the fundamentals: cable types, pathways, terminations, labeling, testing, and how to work safely on an active jobsite.

Fundamentals track →

Working installers

Sharpen fiber splicing and testing, certification testing, and troubleshooting, and prepare for industry credentials.

Advanced track →

Contractors & employers

Put a whole crew through a consistent program, on your schedule, with reporting on who completed what.

Why Cablewright

Taught the way the work is actually done.

01

Built from the field

Our curriculum was written by technicians and supervisors with active experience installing structured cabling, AV, security, and building systems for public agencies and commercial clients. It comes from real projects.

02

Hands on, not slides on

Every course puts tools in students' hands: terminating, splicing, testing, and documenting work to the standard an inspector expects.

03

Aligned to BICSI standards

Course content follows BICSI installation standards and best practices so what students learn matches what the industry certifies.

04

Beyond low voltage

Low voltage is where we start. The institute is built to grow into the adjacent trades that modern buildings depend on.
